Running around the woods chasing bubbles is any little boy’s idea of fun, and with the first spring bluebells out to greet us what could be nicer?
Even better I had the rare treat of photographing my own children with my ‘big camera’ usually reserved for child free days, while Granny and Grandad ran after the twins!
As the boys explored the woods and collected their favourite treasures of sticks, stones, snails and bugs, I admired the spring flowers and encouraged them to play where I could capture the full glory of the spring bluebells.
I’m looking forwards to going back next week for spring mini sessions when the carpet of bluebell flowers should be even more spectacular, check out the details to join me there on one of my limited bluebell sessions for 2014. And if you want to see the bluebells, hurry, they are coming out 3 weeks earlier than last year and don’t last long!
